How many photos will we receive?
You will receive all the photos, excluding duplicates and ineffective shots where eyes are closed, among other typical discards. These are high-resolution JPEG images suitable for large-size prints. The number of images typically ranges from 800 to 1000, depending on the wedding.
How long have you been a professional wedding photographer?
I have been a photographer for over 30 years, I have been photographing weddings for over 10 years.
What’s your background, and how many weddings have you photographed?
I began my photography career as a photojournalist in college, which led me to roles in product design and digital marketing, where I honed my photography skills. Eventually, I transitioned into commercial and fashion photography, with my work published globally in dozens of outlets. I even collaborated with a friend on an architecture book, which was later published. Working in the fashion world, I was fortunate to meet incredible people, and eventually, friends in the industry encouraged me to try wedding photography. That’s when I found my passion for weddings, and for a time, I photographed over 50 weddings a year. As I’ve grown in my career, I now limit myself to 15 weddings annually to provide the highest level of service to each couple. Alongside weddings, I also enjoy helping aspiring models build their portfolios and specialize in portrait photography.
Will you photograph every person at our wedding?
My team and I capture many photos throughout the day, prioritizing you and your families. While I cannot guarantee that every individual will be photographed, I strive to capture many guests during the various moments of the day. You can set my priorities and I will do my best to capture everyone you request.

What packages do you offer?
I offer a standard digital wedding photography package, which includes coverage of your event and delivery of high-resolution JPEG files. Additional options such as assistant photographers for larger events are available. All of my packages include a photo album and one piece of wall art. Additional keepsakes such as parents books are available. Package deals are available for multi-day events, such as a discounted rate if you hire me to photograph both a welcome dinner and the wedding day. How many hours of coverage do we get?
The standard package includes 10 hours of coverage. Overtime charges will apply beyond the hours included in your selected package.
Do you charge a travel fee?
There is no travel fee for any weddings with 35 miles of my studio in Hatboro, PA.
How much is the deposit, and when is it due?
A 50% retainer is due within 30 days of the contract signing.
What is your refund or cancellation policy?

Cancellation by the client 90 days or fewer before the event requires payment of the entire price of the assignment, less any payments already made.

Cancellation 91 days or more before the event results in the forfeiture of the retainer.

If I cancel this agreement or fail to provide the agreed services, liability will be limited to a full refund of all monies paid.
When will the final balance be due?
The balance is due prior to the event, typically settled around two weeks before the assignment.
Do you offer albums or books?
Yes, all my packages include a custom made (by me) layflat photo album. You will be able to collaborate on the album if you wish. A proof of the album (if desired) can be made available. Most of my clients elect to give me some guidance, then let me be creative.
Will you be the one shooting my wedding?
I personally photograph all my weddings. Unlike large studios that may send any available photographer, I accept a limited number of assignments each season and provide personalized attention to each client. I do bring a team of 1 or 2 other photographers and sometimes a lighting assistant (if needed). However, I do have a list of photographers that I work with regularly that can step up in case of an emergency.
Can I request certain shots or poses?
While I am open to requests, I do not work from extensive shot lists as they can hinder creativity and the capture of natural moments. However, suggesting a few specific shots or poses you like is encouraged—just be sure to practice them beforehand to feel comfortable and make them your own.
How do you handle shot lists?
The only list I work with is for group/family photos. This helps make these important shots efficient and enjoyable. We’ll collaborate on this list to ensure we allocate appropriate time and don’t miss anyone important.
What time will you arrive at the site and for how long will you shoot?
The arrival time depends on the event, but for a typical wedding, I usually arrive about 3-4 hours before the ceremony and cover up until approximately an hour into the reception. My team will finish the remainder of the reception.
How will you be dressed?
I wear elegant dress sneakers, formal pants/trousers, and a short-sleeved shirt to accommodate my active role as a photographer, where ties and jackets are impractical.
How intrusive will the photography be during the ceremony and reception?
I aim to work from a distance whenever possible. My photography style and equipment selection facilitate this giving you ample space. However, there are some shots that require me or a team meber to be fairly close at times.
Do you offer drone photography or additional services like videography?
Drone photography is included for an additional fee, and subject to weather and local regulations. While I do not offer videography, I have collaborated with excellent videographers and can recommend some upon request.

What kind of equipment will you use?
I use Sony mirrorless cameras with a variety of lenses. Additionally, I use flash when necessary, typically during the reception to complement the party’s lighting.
Do you bring backup equipment?
I always have two cameras, two flashes, 5-6 lenses, extra batteries, and plenty of extra memory cards.
